This 4,600 sf tenant build-out included construction of exam and procedure rooms, offices, a lab and a laundry facility. The reception area is one and a half stories high with clerestory windows, a complex ceiling and intricate lighting system. The scope also included radiation shielding for the Radiology area. We constructed the building shell with its distinctive curved roof line and floor to ceiling windows as part of another contract, The Landing, a 728,000 sf shopping center.
